Valentines Pink and Red

For a long time pink and red were two colors I would have NEVER worn together, but it has become a very. popular combination these days...  For my necklace I mixed a red necklace with a turquoise one to add a bit more contrast.

Looking for a super cute bracelet? Want to support a great cause? I just got this adorable bracelet in the mail from Kyndall. I heard about her from my fabulously fashionable friend, Beth.

Kyndall is "going on a High School Youth Mission Trip to the Amazon River this summer with Prestonwood North Baptist Church and making and selling bracelets to raise money for the trip. They are leather bracelets and can be wrapped around once or twice. You can dress them up, with a watch or dress them down, just by themselves. You can also stack them up."

Most Days...

I was practicing some pictures with a new lens that I got and I realized that I should go ahead and post it even though I am just in my workout clothes.  Even though I have this little fashion blog, most days if you see me around, this is the kind of outfit I have on.  My sweet hubbie splurged and got me this Lululemon jacket for Christmas.  I was skeptical about spending so much on a workout jacket, but I have to say, I have worn it almost everyday.  My Nike shorts are from ebay or Marshalls and my new orange kicks are from TJ Maxx.
I love dressing up, but as a busy mom (who often doesn't get a shower after working out), this is much closer to my true image most days.  Hope you don't judge me!

Back to Cold...

Went for a run this morning and underestimated the weather.  I was FREEZING!  So I thought a cozy outfit post was needed.

This weekend was warmer than most winter weekends so I wore a gauzy shirt that wouldn't be too hot under my rain jacket.

Spring at Old Navy

The kids were sicko the other day, but it was a beautful day, so we strolled down to Old Navy to get out of the house for a bit.  There were some super cute fun spring clothes on the racks.  For me the key to shopping at Old Navy is to buy basics and mix them up with stuff from other places so you don't look like you only shop at Old Navy.
