Spring at Old Navy

The kids were sicko the other day, but it was a beautful day, so we strolled down to Old Navy to get out of the house for a bit.  There were some super cute fun spring clothes on the racks.  For me the key to shopping at Old Navy is to buy basics and mix them up with stuff from other places so you don't look like you only shop at Old Navy.

Little B Style

Just had to show off the super cute outfit that libbylu picked out all by herself. I love how she mixed the stripes with the polka dot skirt and boots. She's a mini- fashionista.

Too Wide/Too Short

You may remember this little short dress from this post.  When I wear this dress without a belt sometimes I feel like it looks a bit maternity, so I like to belt it to give me some shape.  But when I belt it, it becomes a bit too short, so I think pairing it with leggings makes it work a bit better. I think it would even be cute with jeans or pants too!

Style Resolution: Stock up now!

This is a GREAT time of year to stock up on some winter essentials.  Stores are marking down their boots, sweaters and coats.  You still have a couple months to enjoy them now, and then around October or November you will be SO glad you got them way back in the winter.
I have put some links below, but your best bet is to hit the stores.  That way you can try them on, and stores often have much better deals than online.

Style Resolutions: Find Inspiration

Todays resolution is to find new sources for fashion inspiration. These days there are so many places to get outfit ideas and inspiration.  Pinterest is FULL of fashion bloggers that post beautiful outfits everyday.  Find a few that you like and follow them.  Imitation is the highest form of flattery!
